what I meant was why the delay for another 16 months? To me it doesn’t appear that we need 16 months to make a decision on Hillside.

only thing in my mind that makes sense is that they want to do all the work on Hogs to increase valuation, spin it off and then take the capital to deploy at Hillside to provide long term shareholder benefit.

I have no problem with the decisions at the moment, but would like to better understand that intent of the Company and the decisions being made.
