If i had access to the register we could share notes and see who is buying or selling. But if the placement was so good those that took the placement would be paying more than 30c.
Also the fact is everyone who needs to pay 30c for shares in the second tranche would be buying under 30c, IF they were happy with the investment.
Again this is not all investors - as of course long term the funds will be used to build a plant and the price will go to &0c-$1 but in the interim traders / investors do have trading policies which include stop losses.
Either it gets back to 30c very very quickly or we have a serious short term headache.
