I thought it will drop more in the next few months, but to be honest, at these tiny volumes it's definitely not the institutional holders that are selling... which is great. Maybe I am wrong and 28c is the bottom.
@bearhype347, the reason why the institutional holders are happy to pay 30c placement price (2c premium to the market) is because at the volumes that those big boys are buying, the volume of their purchase alone would drive the price up by at least 20c if they bought it on the market (I hope that makes sense).
