To boldly request a favour, would one of our esteemed and learned family please explain the logistics around dot-point 4 (taken from page 3 of the scheme) ?


To obtain approval of >75% of all voters (excluding MACH @ ((16.8%??)), does that mean an actual 'yes' vote from the balance of the holders, or is 25.1% of the balance sufficient to officiate a 'no'? What happens to the obtaining votes? Hence I'm asking which way around this works?
This is a first for me when it comes to SH having a collective say of consequence (touché to the reminder of 'our collective voice', @arsenic, nicely put).
I believe this offer is a 'first' offer, maybe the BOD had some more along the way, so they think it is a 'best' offer. I believe the offer is coming 'from' a position of perceived strength and perhaps 'to' a position of perceived desperation? ( self imposed pressure?). In any case, I think (as per some sentiment above) it is opportunistic and also mighty cream.
I will be voting 'no' - at this price.
