So this is where my experience with Takeovers comes into play. Particularly since it is all-cash offer.
My (personal) initial decision is to wait. To see the background story and potential for a counteroffer. Can't say overall I'm not happy though and the ability to use the money for my other five copper counters is always there.
A (restrained) congratulations is also in order. Well done to all REX holders.
