Yes, Barren Joey will be that type of event-driven manager. Also, I think BT who are a fund manager now owned by Perpetual will have inserted themselves into the deal.
I know of a few other larger retail holders who are also schtum. If Management had only 3 % (apart from their swag of options that can't vote) committed to the deal the field is wide open for counter bid.
All IMVHO.
