I just checked the Approved PEPRs website and found that a PEPR submitted on the 8th of Feb was just approved. The PEPR was for Iron Baron Mining Area (IBMA) and consisted of around 500 pages.
REX PEPR was submitted a couple of days before, so it must be under consideration. Obviously more material to review.
It won't be long, patience.
