I has said it over and over again,it was a bad idea to duplicate metro routes of the major airlines, period
REX should only do what it always did best and faired well with: focus on regional routes but also improve them.
Replacing popular regional routes lost by the shutdown of Tiger Airlines was a great opportunity that they did not embrace enough and these are mostly not even interstate.
I should have sold when they were $2, greed just makes blind.
