Rex Group has been on of the rare most profitable airlines in the world. There is a reason for that. Just screaming out loud by you people saying, they should match $400,000 USD captain salaries is diabolical. It's aviation cycle of life and Rex has proven that it will emerge from the ashes. Unlike QF who fired 7k staff during Covid Rex got read of none.
Engineers will come, engines will come and pilots will have enough of their shitty lives in US and comes back. This will be close to $3.5 by end of next year.
