Until you know the financial metrics of the proposed deal it is hard to know how beneficial to share holders the deal is .
I sold out at 22 cents for a small loss a while ago and have been looking for more clarity before considering a re entry .
I thought that when they finalise things and announce a CR for their residual capital to progress the project would be a good re entry point but I might have miscalculated .
It looks likely that things will happen soon if the agreement becomes binding soon .
