It does, but we dont know what we dont know. We are all just going to have to wait until various aspects of the LOI are firmed up.

It's a step in the right direction, but for me it raises more questions so on balance I'm none the wiser other than one of our partners has being named.

A timeline/plan would have been useful for things like converting this to a binding MOU or similar, but none given. As I said earlier it does raise questions as what is really going on behind the scenes.
