I should have said before but now things are quieter. I jumped up and down saying they had 2.5 years for plant build in their schedules (Gant chart) when I couldn't see how it would take more than 2 years (1.75 is my best guess). Turns out that extra 0.5 years was for this bit of haggling they had quietly slipped in on us . So yes most indications are they are very confident.
