Disgusting isn't it? Management got paid millions over the last 10years to mismanage $200m+ of shareholders funds, now they are paying themselves a 2% establishment fee and 10% interest to continue to mismanage this business for another year. If the project goes ahead, they just keep leaching the money, if it doesn't they get a $15m farm for $4.4m (which they "earned" from mismanaging the company in the first place).
