Please don't take offence to others on this site. There are alot of very nasty posters who have been denigrating those who hold long, hence the touchiness when a new poster comes on board. We have all become very suspicious of motives.
There has always been the likelihood that a confirmative trial will be needed. I think people are just hopeful that the fantastic results may allow a confirmatory trial to occur, rather than another preapproval trial. This is hopeful, probably unlikely because of FDA resistance to this new treatment, but we all live in hope.
