REY have 10% of this whether Gujarat or BURU do it. To my mind, the only confounding factor is the $36 million. That'a a significant premium on what REY obtained. It therefore stands to reason that REY will be looking for a slice, and who can blame them.

In my opinion, BURU and REY will accommodate each other in resolving this. The last thing either party will want is bad blood that could spill over in the future. It's just good business practice.
