I agree with you that the announcement was poor and that they needed to sell the idea and show its merrits which they didn't bother doing. Looks bad.
Many comanies diversify sucessfully and shareholders have done well out of it. I agree you can get diversity within your portfolio but that doesn't stop the RFG price being savaged when its market sector is out of favour. Fine for you but not great for the company.
We have different views on the benefits of diversification. I can live with that.
As a matter of interest why do you have your sentiment as "sell" yet disclosure as "stock held" ? Are you just hoping for a spike int he price before selling ?
