REFFIND AND LOYYAL HAVE AGREED TO EXTEND THE LOYYAL INVESTMENT COMPLETION BY 10 DAYS to 25 JANUARY 2018 REFFIND Limited (ASX: RFN) (the Company) and the San Francisco-based Loyyal Corporation (Loyyal) have agreed to extend the closing and settlement date, announced to the market on 19 December 2017, from 15 January 2018 to 25 January 2018. This has been due to the Christmas holiday period affecting finalisation of due diligence work to be completed prior to 15 January 2018. Based on the due diligence information provided to date the Company sees no reason for the proposed investment not to proceed. Much of the final stage pre-completion work has involved detailed commercial discussions including the negotiation of terms for the exclusive performance based territorial rights to be granted by Loyyal to the Company. These rights for specified countries across the Asia Pacific region form a key part of the Company’s focus on international growth brought about by the large-scale efficiencies and advantages delivered to the loyalty and rewards industry through blockchain.
