Looks likethey (consortium) will get the nod...then the great unwind and restart of businesses who will benefit from Lloyal. It looks good but lets win the bid first and then get it going. Some heavy hitters involved now as well as the correct leaders staying in place. It isn't if it's when IMHO now. It will be far north (SP) of 0.003 cents in several months time no question in my mind...be good to see 3 cents again hopefully next year with luck. 10 bags but some time to go yet.
