Go to page 49 of the recent CHP Annual Report and you'll notice 4 out of the 4 above mentioned are top 20 shareholders in CHP. Just gets more interesting doesn't it when you start to think of what is going to happen over here considering this is nothing but a cheap shell waiting for something to be whacked into it. Looks like we know what direction it may be coming from by the looks of this.

Another interesting point is that the chairman of RFN, Robert Whitton, and the director of CHP Peter Dykes appear to have a long relationship with each other that stems far longer then just getting involved on the board of one of there stocks. They did the backdoor listing together of TPP (went from $5m to $60m) and also the YPB backdoor listing together.

Connect the dots and it starts to create a picture people.
