    Let me get this straight…

    On 19/05/22 only a water discharge permit was needed to get back to business in San Finx

    On 29/06/2022 an updated mine plan was needed in addition to the discharge permit

    On 27/07/22 an updated environmental study is needed in addition to the updated mine plan and the discharge permit

    So, if RFR gets the discharge permit, as now seems likely, but fails to obtain approval for the new mine plan and environmental study, Valoriza’s contractual obligation to undertake full rehabilitation is gone, and RFR is left with the shit. Am I right? A ripper of a deal!
