Well Tim no progress this year you may as well not given an update if that's all you have to say. You have built a large team of non-performers who have failed to turn leads into sales. There no factory updates no Australian sale update, what's happened to South Africa and Chaina just a lot of hot air which you have been expelling for the last 12 months. It no wonder there are more people try to drop their share than those wanting to buy and this update is not going to help in any way. Your team are not earning the salaries they are being paid let alone paying bonus. By your own admission the big sale are going to take longer and we don't have capacity to supply even if you buy some strange event, you did make a least one sale. Going on your update there has been no Signiant sale since you last reported. At some point you need to start to report sale that are in the pipeline not the sale for the last period. You seriously need to start thinking about the whole pipeline not just the big project and get that sales team focus and todays sale not 2 years' time, start reporting on how many batteries sold this week. And it's also time you started to report on the progress the factory is making after all it is an important component of shareholder interest, your lack of shareholder awareness is amazing considering they pay your salary. So how about doing another update an address some of these issues.
