Id say company felt halt was required due to public ceremony between Cannagenix (which is owned by RGS) and SSRU. Not hard to draw the lines if you knew who Cannagenix was prior to 24th November. Potential for insider play I guess. Better safe than sorry.
Anyways, another nice fluffy ann with great repercussions for the company if they execute. The "execute" word being the key here.
