You did post that you had spoken to the geologists and you would keep them and the CEO.
I know the board in the end is responsible for the employees actions and act on the employees advice so why would you keep the ones that caused the stuff up.
Another thing you said you would get another drilling company to drill any further wells
seeing EGO has a drilling contract with Enerdrill to drill one well and an option to drill 3 more I would think that contract is binding and no financial cost to EGO if no wells were drilled and if wells were drilled we would be in breach of contract.
But who would know what the contract implies and the consequences only the board and Enerdrill.
