I think in your last post, you have safely self proclaimed yourself to be an apologist for mediocrity, and if we are expecting our experiencd head shed to be peforming on the forefront of best practise in their decision making then we are expecting too much?
By your own words it seems you are at a loss to reassure yourself of something, (anything) about their peformance that has not been straight out of the handbood for mediocrity over the past three years.
$60m circa revenue, over that period, where has the money gone? What has been achieved, by way of reasonable rate of return on that income through the business? Empire was actually profitable we were told?
Without expecting too much; I am interested in your ideas on where we go from here?
