May I suggest that when holders get their voting/proxy forms that everyone vote AGAINST any further increases in staff remuneration please?
$1 million a year to a CEO of a company with only $7 million to spare is appalling and we only have that much money because of the recent cap' raise that diluted our own holdings.
Granted, options issued require an exercise price of 0.28 but they have until the end of next year to achieve this. I'd love the SP to be there or above but then our holdings get diluted further with the exercise of the options.
Remuneration is way to high at this stage in the companies' evolution. Build it to profit and then reward yourselves management.
