This morning the Vic Govt announced they are buying 34m RATs to be provided for free to the public. They will be made available over the coming weeks, but the government hasn't determined how to hand them out yet.
Both the Federal and State governments have been slow to recognise the role that RATs could play. That's shown by not having a plan on how to distribute the RATs.
Hopefully RNO is part of the solution.
