Its not a test, they just make the swab so there's a chance that RNO is not mentioned at all. They may or not be part of a testing system but they dont do any analysis, collect samples or any of that stuff.
The swabs are hopefully being included in rapid testing but for now, its mostly for the full swab test (as previous state Gov orders)
