Here's MJ & RNO Junior in an article from mid week in response to the RAT shortage. (I find it interesting that SureScreen is quoted just after Rhinomed). Anyway, he again touches on local manufacturing and the current crisis.

Victoria tendered out the RAT contracts, but has been very quiet on who won the tender(s). I think they have since ordered another 10m RATs. (We might hear more when Andrews & Merlino are back from holidays).
