I would have been expecting something like Government Health dept contracts - something like the govt paying to run Colostat alongside the fit test themselves, providing market confidence in parallel before dropping the Fit test completely at some point in the future. If it was that sort thing it could be structured in numerous ways: signon payment, payment per test, bonus once certain success criteria hit
