The only difference of substance that I can see in the three "marking time" presentations Rhythm have recently put out - 15 December, 25 January and 23 February - is in the order of the expected milestones. It would seem that in between the December presentation and the January presentation the company gave up on the TGA showing any semblance of competence and so shuffled the TGA Approval milestone out along the timeline as far as they could.

Compared with Slide 5 from the 15 December presentation: even as recently as last December Rhythm seems to have been giving the TGA the benefit of the doubt. Come next Monday the TGA will have had the ColoSTAT for 200 working days. Abysmal!
