Yes I thought the same about that comment but he could be refering to other future investments in battery materials to play devils advocate. But it is an encouraging statement. I think the statements made were also to preserve any discomfort with current SSW share holders that their share value won't be diluted by future M&A Which also could be taken as a way to address SSW holders before they announce the JV
