I am of the same view, If Sibayne is unable to meet the terms of the JV (I would be surprised if they do not) there will be a host of suitors banging on the door to partner up. Surprisingly, people are only looking at the lithium and not looking at the Boron which will return in excess of $100mil US and this is not pennies to the bottom line. Also, the jibber of any appeals against the government body that has approved the licensing to INR will have little if any effect on INR. The $AU1.6bil is quite a sweetener.
