Not a personal attack on anyone - just saying in general it makes no sense to hold shares in INR if you have concerns with contents of this update. That's what updates are for, so that the SHs can make their investment decisions.
As far as I am concerned - I am very positive about this update and about my investment in INR and I fully appreciate the risk/delays involved with federal permits.
