Basically Sibanye is practically guaranteed to cough up funding for 50 % after the permit (after 45 day period elapses) and coupled with how strongly US DOE touts the $700 mil loan to INR as investing in made in America materials, this thing will fly. Yes there’s a deal with Ford but Tesla will want in, I can almost guarantee it.
