The way I understand it, RHY has the option to request the same officer as last time to handle the application. If that occurs then it should get through quite quickly. My biggest concern is their partnering with Sonic healthcare, no way would I go into business with a mob that stands to lose millions if their useless FOB gets thrown on the scrapheap. I would expect them to be lobbying very hard to ensure Colostat doesnt see the light of day in Aus. They might have an interest in Colostat as well, but it will never make up for the money they will lose.
