Looks to me that there is a concerted effort to get the shareprice lower in anticipation of a cheaper placement. Once this placement is announced, the pressure comes off, the bots disappear, the "friendly" instos get their fill and surprise surprise the stock bounces hard.
It sure smells like that anyway...
