Hi Harry, if after a discussion with Amanda last Friday (with @joelstars investor group - I am going to coin it that anyway), I interpreted some of Amanda's thoughts correctly, there is the potential to stagger the development, with perhaps... Stage 1 seeing any Antimony mined early, simply stockpiled, whilst the gold go straight into the mill, to enable earlier production whilst also funding the Antimony upgrades.
Amanda also discussed some logical steps, like outlining a 'starter pit' to bring forward cashflow and improve grades etc. Plus a lot more!
Though really, this is a moving feast, as... if the upcoming drilling finds... sweet spots for either Gold or Antimony, then... the goal posts will change.
I was greatly impressed with Amanda when she spoke on Friday, rarely are MDs so... open to others thoughts.
She also proved that she is quite literally doing everything possible to canvas all possible options for the Antimony, which... is a challenge since its so rare, literally, with only one mine in Australia even producing it. The next will be LRV, but... they are new to it as well.
Avenues for funding is of course another topic, and it will be interesting to see what Amanda and her growing list of contracts can coalesce into real opportunities - i.e. the most logical, Government funding from Aust, but also... overseas, only have to look at what the U.S is doing to try and get anything even remotely viable into a pathway to production (throwing literally billions at it). Then you have... off take agreements, and all the rest, J/V, etc etc.
There is so much happening in the background at WA8, yet I do feel that the company needs to bring in another board member (no easy feat in a short period of time), to give WA8 as strong a hand as possible when dealing with.... all the entities it is likely getting interest from.
I would love to see an MOU of some sort with perhaps the producer in Vic (Closterfield) and LRV.... strength in numbers and in turn, this could provide a stronger position when dealing with Aust/Us interests... as in, Australia is basically part of the U.S.. why not push for Australia to have all the downstream infrastructure to produce Antinomy ingots. Perhaps overly optimistic, but... if WA8 can further bolster their Antimony resource, it could become the lynchpin for non-China production.
Good luck to all holders.
