@Joelstar it’s good to know someone’s watching the governance here- who’s in charge of the register and the drill so that everyone is accountable. I have a basic idea purely on observation about the challenges of restarting a mine, for example an old mine plant was being restarted repeatedly without success until it burnt down and i ended up getting less than 1 percent of my investment in the form of insurance proceeds - so if wa8 can focus on creating Tier 1 resource for now, I’m all for it rather than try to rush efforts to production.
I have not been here long enough but i can understand peoples observation that AB might be changing tact to focus on drilling, nonetheless she reiterated the strategy hasn’t changed in 2 years and will stick to it as it’s working well.
im looking at the gold equivalent table and calc (page 14 of the SB MRE announcement) and it appears in ricciardo, sb represents 47% of the mre. Thats a big bonus. So if they can drill more areas like this, they’re actually hitting two birds with one stone, growing the resource twice as fast as they were previously thinking. I believe that really excites AB and the team hence words such as ‘hungry to achieve success’ to describe the team and AB wouldn’t hesitate to say there’s potentially 8m oz in golden range.
