    Hartley is a good house to be managing the RVT placement I would expect a reasonably punchy pre-money, pre dilution valuation. Would have a loved a time frame on the IPO.. we should be 25 percent higher in the coming days on this. but the broader equity market is so in the toilet at the moment the reaction may be muted.
