How he got your respect is a mystery to me. Years ago RIC embarked on a multi-million NOVAQ Asian & Aust strategy without anyone in control. Result? His "leadership" has witnessed closures and job losses coupled with a significantly deteriorating financial performance.
Has been a dud imo to shareholders and Ric workers. Lets hope his replacement is a lot more focused and is a leader.
