OK maybe I am thinking to much into this, but heres my reasoning;

The rig is due to spud around April sometime,
Average drilling is lets say 3 months (A typical 10,000-to-20,000-foot oil well takes between one month and three months to excavate. Exploratory wells take even longer because petroleum engineers stop the drilling every once in a while to take a core sample for analysis.)
So assume that it takes longer then teh drilling on the gravel pad would be over by the start of next winter, this then allows th erig to move in winter over frozen roads to whereever.
