Yup, seems to be about the search to find oil, not actually finding oil. Sad, because some DD on this without observing its market behaviour makes it seem like a fundamental winner, with some reservations about management's previous endeavours.
oh well, at least i feel like I'll make money here one day. Better than my other substantial holdings, WWI and EXR.
