At least now they're acknowledging the fact that they need to deplete connected sandstone aquifers (that have no gas in them) as well as the coals. This was a big point of discussion on these threadsa year ago where some people were denying it.

Struggling to see how this will be economic at a full field scale with much wider well spacing than the pilot area... but go for it. Need to keep paying those director salaries while we wait for results.

Look at how closely spaced the wells are in the pilot area and see how many problems they're still having trying to depressurise the area (since it keeps being recharged by connected aquifers).... now imagine them trying to do it at the full field scale with a much lower well density..........

They'd produce more gas by connecting up the rears of the cows grazing at the surface.
