RIGHTS ISSUE CLOSURE AND NOTICE OF SHORTFALL
AWF Group Limited ("AWF") is pleased to announce the results of its 1:4 pro
rata renounceable rights offer announced on 23 February 2015 ("Rights
Offer").
6,658,890 new ordinary shares were offered under the Rights Offer. AWF
received acceptances for a total of 6,314,186 new ordinary shares. There was
a short fall under the rights issue of 321,204 new ordinary shares (being
only 5.09 % of the new ordinary shares offered). This shortfall will be
taken up under the underwriting agreement between AWF and Deutsche Craigs.
The issue date of new shares under the offer is scheduled for 31 March 2015.
