RIGHT: CRP: Rights Issue Update
The Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (CRP) rights issue formally closed at 5pm
yesterday.
CRP is pleased to advise that it has received applications for in excess of
$500,000 of new shares as of last night.
In addition, a number of shareholders have contacted CRP advising of their
intention to invest and have queried whether late applications will be
accepted.
CRP confirms that late applications from eligible shareholders will be
accepted provided the applications and payment are received by our share
registry on or prior to Tuesday, 12 May 2015.
Allotment of the new shares under the rights issue will occur on Wednesday 13
May 2015.
CRP thanks shareholders for their continued support of the company.
