    CDUR were the rights issue for the $2.50 - 2013 rights entitlement - that issue was renounce-able the upcoming issue is non renounce-able.

    - the CDUO options that went with the issue all expired worthless at the end of 2015 - i think 450 were converted out of a total around 22m - At the time the company advised shareholders to take up the offer as $2.50 was undervalued in the directors opinion.
