IMPORTANT REMINDER: PEB OFFER CLOSING SOON
On 28th May, Pacific Edge Limited ("Pacific Edge") announced its intention to
raise $35.3m through a fully underwritten pro-rata renounceable Rights Offer
("Offer").
If you wish to acquire new shares under the Offer, and have not already done
so, you need to complete the entitlement and acceptance form. You may choose
to take up your entitlements in whole, in part or not at all.
Entitlement and acceptance forms, together with the total amount payable,
must be received by 5:00pm on Monday, 29 June 2015 in order to be accepted.
The Application Price under the Offer is $0.61 per share.
