DELAYED DELIVERY OF APPLICATIONS - NUMBER OF SHARES DETERMINED

Further to Pacific Edge Limited's announcement yesterday in relation to the
delayed delivery of applications, Link Market Services Limited ('LINK") has
advised Pacific Edge Limited that the number of shares in the applications
that had delayed delivery totals 1,291,973 shares.

If these applications had not been delayed then the completion notice
announced on 1 July 2015 would have indicated that in respect of the
57,927,557 shares issued that:

o Subscriptions received: 39,031,168 new shares totalling approximately $23.8
million, representing a take up of approximately 67.4%
o Under subscription: 18,896,389 new shares totalling approximately $11.5
million, representing a shortfall of approximately 32.6%

As previously advised given that all of the shares have been allotted under
the Rights Issue the Underwriter, First NZ Capital Securities Limited, will
transfer shares to LINK who will then transfer shares to the affected
shareholders to complete their allocation.
