RIGHT: PIL: Rights Offer Extension
Promisia Integrative Limited (Promisia) has been advised by a number of its
shareholders that they either have not received the rights offer
documentation or only just received the documentation. Accordingly, Promisia
is pleased to advise that it will extend the closing date for the offer by
two weeks, until Thursday, 10 December 2015 to give shareholders additional
time to receive the offer documentation and to consider their participation
in the offer.
The revised timetable is set out below:
Rights trading ends on NZX Main Board Friday, 4 December 2015
Closing Date for the Offer (last day for receipt of the completed entitlement
and Acceptance Form with payment) Thursday, 10 December 2015
Allotment and issue of New Shares under the Offer By Thursday, 17 December
2015
Expected date for the quotation of New Shares issued under the Offer By
Thursday, 17 December 2015
