The 96.41% figure is meaningless now.
The bid has ended.
There is no point mentioning that figure any more.
The bidder has today advised ASIC they are proceeding with compulsory acquisition, and have lodged paperwork to confirm it.
Expect a notice in the mail in the near future.
Contained within this notice will be an objection form.
Based on what I know at present, I will be taking all steps to return this and have my objection recorded.
This goes back to ASIC as far as I can tell.
I see this as the best chance of getting a higher price for our shares.
